The Maricopa Seniors are sponsoring a fantastic program that could easily save many lives.  What happens if you try calling the Maricopa Fire Department at 911, your front door is locked and you can’t make it to the front door to unlock it.  The only recourse is for the Fire Department to make a forced entry either by breaking down your door or breaking a window.

A home lock box is a small brass box which is permanently mounted on the exterior front entry of your home and contains a copy of your front door key.  The Maricopa Fire Department is the only organization that can open the box in case of emergency.
